Senior Manager, Health Economics and Outcomes Research - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager to prove the economic value of Twin’s programs to payers, provider groups, and policy makers. You will help define Twin’s health economics and outcomes research strategy which will include publishing research, refining our client facing measurement approach, and collaborating closely with key accounts.

In Short

• Partner with stakeholders at strategic accounts and provide regular health economics insights
• Author internal whitepapers and external-facing publications
• Quantify financial savings and clinical outcomes of Twin’s products and services
• Refine client value proposition and corresponding collateral
• Develop a claims-based dashboard ecosystem for monitoring key partner outcomes
• 6+ years of healthcare analytics experience required
• Advanced degree in health economics, public health, or pharmacoeconomics preferred
• Experience in leading program results discussions with payers
• Proficient with SQL, R or other programming languages
• Passion for transforming lives through healthcare

Requirements

• 6+ years of healthcare analytics experience at a health plan, provider group, consulting firm, or related healthcare vendor/entity
• Advanced degree in health economics, public health, or pharmacoeconomics preferred
• Experience in leading program results discussions with payers
• Deep understanding of Medical and/or Pharmacy claims data
• Proficient with SQL, R or other programming languages
• Experienced building statistical and or machine learning models
• Proficient with PowerPoint
