Overview

The Member Services Specialist at Twin Health will champion and cultivate a best-in-class experience for our members, engaging with them through community management and excellent customer service.

In Short

  • Manage and moderate the Twin Member Community.
  • Enforce community guidelines and monitor content.
  • Resolve member-reported issues professionally.
  • Engage with community members and encourage discussions.
  • Document and escalate member feedback for improvements.
  • Provide coverage for the member services call center as needed.
  • Proactively outreach to members at risk of disenrollment.
  • Participate in day-to-day operations of the Member Services team.
  • Foster a welcoming and supportive community atmosphere.
  • Work within the Pacific Time Zone.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of community program management experience.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience in hospitality or customer experience in healthcare preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter mentality with a passion for customer experience.
  • Ability to pivot quickly based on business needs.
  • Genuine curiosity and collaborative approach to challenges.
  • Understanding of the Twin member journey.
  • Ability to facilitate change management.
  • Passion for transforming lives through healthcare.
