Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Client Marketing to drive member registration, activation, and business growth across our health plan clients.

In Short

  • Lead the development and execution of high-impact, multi-channel marketing programs.
  • Identify opportunities and shape campaign approaches.
  • Work closely with Sales, Clinical, Implementation, and other teams.
  • Develop client marketing strategies for maximum engagement.
  • Execute marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Manage a scalable campaign execution process.
  • Track performance and optimize future campaigns.
  • Ensure marketing compliance with relevant teams.
  • 5–7 years of B2B2C marketing experience required.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B2C marketing, with at least 3 years in health plans.
  • Proven track record of executing cross-channel campaigns.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
  • Skilled in client communication and campaign enablement.
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting performance data.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing/data tools preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
