Merchant Services Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Merchant Services Specialist (MxSS) works in close cooperation with the Restaurant/Retail Development Managers and Support Associates to help our restaurant and retail partners maximize their opportunities for success.

In Short

• Answering partners’ inquiries and requests regarding their ongoing use of Wolt delivery services.
• Assisting our Support team in handling more complex partner support tickets.
• Managing our equipment enrolment, inventory and resolving tech-issues.
• Managing the administrative side of changes to partnership contracts.
• Managing ongoing improvements to partner menus on the platform.
• Proactively contacting merchants with low sales to ensure their success.
• Proactively contacting merchants with low quality- and/or operational performance.
• Supporting merchant retention and managing the offboarding process.
• Taking ownership of other projects in connection to merchant operations.
• Assisting the Merchant team with other ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

• Self-starter mindset and willingness to contribute to hands-on activities.
• Fluent in English and Slovenian, both written and orally.
• Ability to prioritize Wolt culture and values.
• Team player mentality.
