Member Services Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Member Services Specialist is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to Arizona Central Credit Union staff and the Support Services department, ensuring excellent service to members.

In Short

• Assist ACCU staff and members via phone/email/instant messaging.
• Perform transfers, stop payments, adjustments, and loan advances.
• Conduct research to assist member-facing staff with transactions.
• Provide copies of checks, statements, or other documents to members.
• Process Mobile Remote Deposit Capture deposits and registrations.
• Manage plastic card information and provide explanations to members.
• Review and process daily audit reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and protect member assets.
• Handle plastic card disputes and documentation compliance.
• Support members with Zelle/Funds Transfer-related issues.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of similar or related experience.
