Overview

A key component of this service delivery is to build long-term member relationships by identifying the financial needs of our members and offering them a Credit Union solution.

In Short

Identifies member financial needs and offers solutions by cross-selling products and services.
Assists members via phone, chat, or email with questions and concerns.
Processes transactions such as transfers, stop payments, and loan advances.
Works Monday to Friday with rotating Saturdays.
Remote work is available after three months (Hybrid).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
Up to six months of banking or call center experience preferred.
