Call Center Associate - Remote

Overview

The Call Center Associate at Business Wire is responsible for managing incoming requests and inquiries from clients, ensuring accurate resolution of accounts receivable issues.

• Field incoming calls from clients.
• Review onboarding of new customers.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Provide detailed account information to clients.
• Resolve client disputes through research.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments.
• Implement contract terms on client accounts.
• Create and maintain notes on client accounts.
• Ensure records are accurate and complete.

Requirements

• Knowledge of accounts receivable processes.
• Strong math and computer skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships with clients.
• Experience in customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
