Contact Center Associate I - Remote

Overview

Eye Health America is seeking an energetic and reliable Contact Center Associate I to provide excellent customer service and support to patients in a remote setting.

In Short

• Part-time position with a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Starting pay of $17 per hour, with potential for increase based on experience.
• Eligible for an incentive program after 30 days based on quality and productivity.
• Responsible for answering incoming customer calls and addressing concerns.
• Make outbound calls to manage appointments.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Input data into the company’s computer system.
• Demonstrate a caring attitude towards patients.
• Contact center experience preferred.
• Bilingual candidates preferred (English/Spanish).

Requirements

• Contact Center Experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills, preferably with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Bilingual Preferred: English/Spanish.
