In Short

• Responsible for making outbound calls to fill Doctor schedules.
• Support in answering incoming customer calls during busy call volumes.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Review reports to prioritize patient contact.
• Ability to read, understand, and edit Excel spreadsheets.

Requirements

• Contact Center Experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills, preferably with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Bilingual is a plus.
