Engagement Associate II - Remote

Overview

The Engagement Associate II will work collaboratively with their engagement pod and have shared accountability for enrolling and onboarding children and caregivers into Imagine Pediatrics’ program. This role will be highly specialized and require strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills along with an aptitude for collaboration and teamwork.

In Short

• Conduct thorough research on attributed patients to understand their healthcare needs and barriers to enrollment.
• Perform telephonic outreach to caregivers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Engage with healthcare professionals to support patient enrollment.
• Handle inbound calls from caregivers and health plan service coordinators.
• Develop knowledge of Supplemental Security Income (SSI) program and outreach to eligible caregivers.
• Collaborate with Provider Engagement Specialists for embedded outreach.
• Utilize CRM for documentation and tracking.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Access to reliable internet and transportation.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Requirements

• 2+ years of healthcare experience in care coordination, community health, or customer service.
• Proven success in a centralized contact center environment.
• Strong documentation skills and experience with CRM platforms.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build trust and relationships with stakeholders.
• Passion for research and data mining.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Reliable transportation for fieldwork.
• Reliable internet access required.
