Career Associate - Remote

Overview

The Career Associate is responsible for Career Services functions and duties as they relate to providing UMA graduates employment opportunities and ensuring graduate success by connecting graduates with allied healthcare employers.

In Short

• Influences and empowers students and graduates to find employment in their field of study.
• Manages a population of graduates and assists them in job placement.
• Guides students and graduates on interview techniques and resume best practices.
• Develops and implements plans to achieve employment goals.
• Maintains relationships with employers for graduate placements.
• Contacts hiring managers to create job opportunities.
• Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Works in a call center environment with a focus on results.
• Documents all activities related to graduate placements.
• Meets or exceeds department metrics and quotas.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work in a dynamic call center environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle high-pressure situations.
• Proficient in MS Office and business tools.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
• Experience in sales or staffing preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
