Business Wire is seeking a Senior Information Technology Manager to lead their Global Service Desk, IT procurement, and Windows Architecture teams, ensuring exceptional IT support for employees and maintaining critical internal systems.

• Lead the Global Service Desk and IT procurement teams.
• Ensure efficient handling of service requests and incidents.
• Develop short-term and long-term roadmaps for IT.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT support experience.
• 5+ years leading corporate IT teams.
• Experience with IT procurement and service desk support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS and Office 365.
• Proficient in ticketing solutions like Jira Service Desk.
• Experience with Okta/Entra and Intune.
• Microsoft/Azure AD experience.
• ITIL Certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
