Overview

AireSpring is seeking a highly technical Manager of Information Technology (IT) to lead and support all aspects of IT operations in a fast-paced telecommunications environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT operations, with 3 years in management.
• Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and Active Directory.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols.
• Experience with helpdesk tools and asset management systems.
• Prior experience in a telecom or managed services environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to provide support outside business hours.
