Information Technology Manager (Head Start/Early Head Start) - Remote

EPIC Early Learning is seeking a passionate and experienced Information Technology Manager to join our team. As a private, nonprofit organization, EPIC has been providing early childhood educational services to children and families in Central Washington for over 45 years. Our mission is to empower children to reach their full potential through nurturing relationships, engaging experiences, and high-quality education.

In Short

• Provide timely and technical support to staff across Head Start and Early Head Start sites.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and connectivity issues.
• Collaborate with program staff to ensure technology supports compliance with Head Start Performance Standards.
• Assist with setup, maintenance, and inventory of technology used in classrooms and offices.
• Support staff in utilizing specific web-based software.
• Research, purchase, install, and maintain IT equipment.
• Document support requests and track recurring issues.
• Organize and schedule with outside contractors for IT issues.
• Ensure malware/anti-virus software is properly installed and updated.
• Maintain confidentiality of all agency data.

Requirements

• Experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of hardware and software systems.
• Ability to train staff on technology usage.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Understanding of Head Start Performance Standards is a plus.
