Overview

Lead is a fintech building banking infrastructure for embedded financial products and services. We operate an FDIC-insured bank headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri. Additionally, we have offices in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, and New York City, where our technical, product, design, and legal teams operate.

• Lead and oversee IT systems, applications, and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations.
• 3+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven expertise in cloud platforms and server administration.
• Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks.
• Experience in financial services is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage IT assets and compliance requirements.
