Overview

The Head of Technology will be responsible for managing technology programs for Coinbase’s CBFSE entity, ensuring that technology needs are met while complying with relevant regulations.

In Short

• Design and execute IT strategy for Cyprus entity
• Create and deploy technology policies compliant with EMEA regulatory mandates
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the Coinbase Technology Governance Program
• Lead large scale programs at the intersection of compliance and technology
• Set goals and align cross-functional teams
• Monitor program status and communicate issues
• Define and monitor KPIs and SLAs for IT services
• Partner with the Operational Resilience team
• Prepare regulatory filings required by DORA

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical program management experience
• 5+ years in compliance or financial services
• Experience with compliance regulations like DORA
• Ability to solve complex problems
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders
• Data-driven decision-making skills
• Prior experience with auditors
• Experience on global programs
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience interacting with regulators
