Overview

As a Member Services Specialist at Thrive Market, you will assist members in leading healthier lives by addressing their questions, needs, and concerns, while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In Short

• Provide excellent customer support via chat, phone, text, and email.
• Handle inbound phone calls for 4-6 hours daily.
• Assist members with shipping inquiries, website issues, and account updates.
• Educate members on Thrive Market benefits to encourage retention.
• Become a product expert to identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Record customer insights through a CRM platform.
• Stay informed on department updates via Slack and team meetings.
• Engage in performance reviews with team leads.
• Work at a desk with standard office equipment.
• Adhere to scheduled breaks and lunches.

Requirements

• Passionate about health and wellness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable assisting members for an 8-hour workday.
• Proficient in Google Apps and CRM tools.
• Call center experience is a plus.
• Good listening skills to recognize customer needs.
• Ability to distinguish between issues and respond accordingly.

• Self-managing with productivity and performance assessment.
