Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical recruiting experience.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse.
• Strong understanding of recruiting metrics.
• Ability to influence stakeholders through clear communication.
• Experienced in building scalable recruiting programs.
• Deep understanding of technical functions.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Maintains high standards of integrity and professionalism.
