Requirements

• Experience in in-house recruiting, preferably with an IT focus.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
• Ability to develop innovative sourcing methods.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Team player willing to share knowledge and ideas.
• Experience with tools like Ashby, Hibob, and Google Workspace is a plus.
