Overview

As a key member of our high-performing and high-impact Talent Acquisition team, you'll play a central role in shaping the future of HackerOne by hiring exceptional people for our technical teams across the U.S.

In Short

• Lead full-cycle hiring for a range of roles, focusing on engineering and technical talent.
• Review resumes, run phone screens, and identify standout candidates.
• Proactively source top-tier candidates using various tools.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and guide them through hiring strategies.
• Own hiring processes end-to-end, optimizing continuously.
• Create a proactive pipeline for high-volume roles.
• Champion a great candidate experience with consistent communication.
• Maintain accuracy in our ATS (Ashby).
• Become an authentic ambassador for HackerOne's mission and culture.
• Use data to inform decisions and improve recruiting metrics.

Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in-house.
• Proven track record hiring for technical roles, especially software engineers.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS or tech scale-up environments.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
• Creative sourcing skills to find great talent.
• Data-driven mindset for storytelling and guiding decisions.
• Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
