Joining an amazing Global Recruitment Team, this role will focus on bringing top talent to WEX as a Senior Technical Recruiter, managing the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Experience with software engineering and AI/ML roles preferred.
• Strong sourcing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
• Ability to assess technical competencies and cultural fit.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Curious and proactive attitude.
• Experience with Google Suite and LinkedIn Recruiter.
