Overview

Twin Health is seeking an HR Business Partner ready to take on a high-impact role at the center of employee relations and people operations.

In Short

  • Lead and manage day-to-day employee relations matters.
  • Partner closely with HR leadership on complex or high-risk cases.
  • Ensure consistent application of policies and compliance with employment laws.
  • Provide day-to-day HR guidance and coaching to leaders.
  • Partner on organizational changes and workforce planning.
  • Build manager capability in handling performance and employee relations matters.
  • Support policy development and ensure changes are implemented consistently.
  • Act as a visible HR presence for new employees.
  • Help drive clarity in roles and responsibilities across the HR team.
  • Contribute to building scalable HR practices aligned with growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR experience, with strong depth in employee relations.
  • Experience working closely with HR operations and benefits functions.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance.
  • Experience leading onboarding or new hire orientation programs.
  • Strong communication, judgment, and influencing skills.
  • Operationally minded to improve processes.
  • Comfortable operating with autonomy while partnering cross-functionally.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
