HR Business Partner (Employee Relations Specialist) - Remote

Overview

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and leadership in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to leadership and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

• Consults with respective business units, providing HR guidance and policy interpretation.
• Conducts regular meetings with respective business units.
• Analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions and policies.
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
• Maintains knowledge of legal requirements for employee management.
• Provides performance management guidance to business units.
• Improves work relationships and culture.
• Identifies training needs for business units.
• Participates in monitoring employee records compliance.
• Completes required trainings as designated by the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required or related experience.
• 3-5 years of related experience preferred.
• SHRM or PHR certification preferred.
• Experience with UKG (UltiPro/Kronos) strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of various computer software packages.
• Ability to problem solve and handle crisis situations.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal standards.
• Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.
