  • Exhibit excellent communication skills.
  • Work effectively in a team environment.
  • Preferred experience in health or human services, especially in drug and alcohol settings.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service field preferred.
  • Experience in a health or human services agency preferred.
  • Knowledge of emotional and mental health issues.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to ethical standards.
  • Team-oriented approach to work.
  • Ability to handle on-call responsibilities.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training.
