• Verification of client’s insurance information.
• Determines clients’ medical assistance status upon admission.
• Identifies clients needing to apply for assistance and follows through with the application process.
• Transmits client’s third-party payer information to pharmacy, lab, and other providers.
• Demonstrates conduct in keeping with Pyramid ethical standards.
• Participates in training to enhance job knowledge and skills.
• Maintains confidentiality and safety.
• Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates effective time management and problem-solving skills.
• Possesses excellent typing skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in Medical Office preferred.
