Overview

The Employee Relations Specialist serves as a resource for day-to-day employee relations matters across assigned Pyramid Healthcare facilities, providing guidance, coaching, and support to supervisors and managers.

In Short

• Serve as the point of contact for managers on employee relations matters.
• Coach and advise managers through progressive discipline steps.
• Assist in drafting corrective action documentation.
• Ensure uniform application of workplace policies.
• Conduct initial intake of employee relations concerns.
• Prepare case intake summaries for escalation.
• Track and analyze employee relations data.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues on projects and policy updates.
• Maintain accurate case files in the management system.
• Complete required trainings as designated by the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of one year experience in employee relations preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Understanding of HR policies and employment practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
