Employee Relations Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are actively recruiting for an Employee Relations Specialist to join the Employee Relations Team to ensure fair, equitable, and consistent treatment to all employees while creating an engaged and safe work environment.

In Short

• Consults on complex employee relations issues.
• Makes recommendations for employee performance concerns.
• Conducts internal investigations related to employee relations allegations.
• Utilizes the employee relations case management system.
• Identifies gaps within the ER team and suggests improvements.
• Drives cultural adoption of the employee relations team.
• Stays updated on related employment law changes.
• Reports to the Senior Manager, Employee Relations.
• Works collaboratively with HR Business Partners.
• Full-time role with flexibility to work from home.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in employee relations or HR.
• Highly skilled in workplace investigations and conflict management.
• Deep understanding of US employment law and EEO regulations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Ability to remain tactful and calm in confrontational situations.
