Assessment Coordinator - College of Nursing - Remote

Overview

The College of Nursing Assessment Coordinator plays an important role in the development, implementation, and evaluation of plans for the assessment of student learning at the course and program levels.

In Short

• Facilitates collection of data related to student learning outcomes and program outcomes.
• Develops and implements the college assessment plan.
• Prepares assessment sections of accreditation-related reports.
• Provides professional development on assessment processes.
• Collaborates with various stakeholders to support assessment processes.
• Serves as an assessment resource and mentor.
• Assists with designing and administering surveys.
• Reviews and analyzes assessment data to identify trends.
• Coordinates University Assessment Plan and Quality Improvement Plan.
• May perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• Earned master’s degree; doctoral degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in student learning assessment.
• Experience with nursing program assessment and accreditation.
• Experience developing college-level courses and interpreting data.
• Teaching experience in higher education preferred.
• Strong skills in data visualization and storytelling.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Highly organized with strong verbal and written communication skills.
