Overview

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will service incoming customers through various communication channels and assist them with their inquiries while providing excellent customer service.

In Short

  • Provide initial support for customers.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, chat, email, and SMS.
  • Document customer interactions in Salesforce.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Assist with outbound call initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of business processes.
  • Comply with all policies and standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Participate in continuous training sessions.
  • Stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of administration and clerical processes.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Energetic and motivated.
