Core Faculty - Psychology, ABA - Remote

Overview

Walden University seeks a Core Faculty member for Psychology and ABA to support adult learners in achieving their academic goals through online education.

In Short

• Teach ABA and/or Psychology courses online.
• Engage with students through discussion boards and timely feedback.
• Be available for student consultations and support.
• Participate in residencies and thesis/dissertation committees.
• Contribute to faculty governance and academic policy committees.
• Adhere to university policies and standards.
• Utilize online technology effectively for teaching.
• Commit to student learning and development in a distance learning environment.
• Provide professional contributions to the field.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology or related field.
• Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) required.
• Three years of teaching experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with distance learning preferred.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office products and reliable internet access.
• Commitment to advocating for diverse learning needs.
• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily.
• Willingness to accommodate individuals with disabilities.
• Use of a company-owned laptop as per policy.
