Overview

The Field Experience Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating student field experience progress and development, serving as a key resource for a cohort of students regarding their field experience requirements and processes.

• Full-time position at Walden University.
• Coordinate student field experience progress and development.
• Main point of contact for students regarding field experience.
• Assist in establishing affiliation agreements with field sites.
• Track and maintain field experience resources and student files.
• Provide guidance and support in field experience operations.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in social work from a CSWE accredited university.
• 2+ years of post-MSW practice experience required.
• Experience with student support in a university setting preferred.
• Experience providing academic counseling and advising preferred.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volume activities.
• Ability to work with non-traditional students.
• Ability to address student questions and concerns.
• Willingness to travel for work-related commitments.
