Requirements

  • MSN Degree Required; DNP, EdD or PhD preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in curriculum and course development.
  • Experience with online and blended learning environments.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of instructional theories and educational technologies.
  • Ability to collaborate and lead teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
  • Understanding of regulatory standards in nursing education.
  • Ability to produce high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
