Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at Creatify, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues.

Requirements

• 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in call center/BPO.
• Experience in technical support.
• Must have a laptop/desktop and reliable internet.
• Proficient in handling complaints and upselling products.
• Adept at de-escalating tense situations.
• Knowledgeable with Intercom for customer engagement.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Capability to mentor and train new personnel.
