Customer Service Representative - Remote

Overview

The Partner Experience Specialist provides support to active process servers who are employed or contracted with ABC Legal Services, including answering questions, resolving issues, managing work, and monitoring performance.

In Short

• Answer inquiries and resolve issues from process servers
• Oversee distribution and dispatch of cases to process servers
• Use Skye application to ensure orders are dispatched and fulfilled
• Monitor process server status for good standing
• Obtain order status through various means
• Collaborate to identify process inefficiencies
• Resolve issues on task board in Skye

Requirements

• Customer service or IT experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Familiarity with Legal Process is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal
