Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at Perrigo, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints regarding our product lines, while working remotely from the United States.

Work Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern time.

3 years of customer service experience required.

Ability to work independently.

Requirements

High School diploma required.
3 years of professional customer service experience.
Experience in customer interviewing preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Computer literacy with Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to focus on service excellence.
Multitasking skills required.
Accuracy and thoroughness in work.
Ability to speak French is preferred.
