Overview

In Short

  • Answer inbound calls from members, providers, and pharmacies regarding Pharmacy Benefit Management.
  • Handle multiple applications on several screens during calls.
  • Update conversion requests and provide shipment status to members.
  • Advocate for members by obtaining prescriptions from physicians.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all contacts to maintain quality.
  • Use active listening skills to address member concerns.
  • Meet call center metrics while providing excellent customer service.
  • Work from home with a dedicated workspace.
  • Participate in training and adhere to compliance expectations.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Health Care or Call Center.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional listening and customer service skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Dedicated workspace with no distractions.
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn quickly.
  • Ability to foster teamwork and partnership with cross-functional departments.
