• Support CarepathRx by analyzing business performance metrics.
• Lead development of quarterly business reviews and profitability models.

• Prepare competitive and market analyses.
• Present findings to senior leadership.
• Complete ad hoc analyses as needed.
• Minimum 5 years of financial analysis experience required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Requirements

• 5+ years of financial analysis or related experience.
• Strong analytical skills with BI/reporting tools.
• Proficiency in financial statement analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills, including macros.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with Workday or Adaptive Planning is a plus.
• Familiarity with operational finance and customer service analytics.
