Overview

This role involves leading and mentoring a team of Business Analysts, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery of all BA deliverables.

• Coordinate workload distribution, prioritize tasks, and monitor progress to meet project timelines and client expectations.
• Conduct and lead requirements gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze business requirements and create detailed specifications.
• Produce comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Perform market research and support the Product Director in creating the product roadmap.
• Act as a consultant during the discovery phase.
• Support project managers and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Provide support and guidance to presales and professional services teams.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of digital channels.
• Proven experience in digital banking.
• Thorough understanding of Retail Banking Operations.
• Ability to convert concepts into visual diagrams.
• Knowledge of UI/UX standards is an asset.
• Experience in writing documentation for software applications.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• A high level of English proficiency is required.
