The IT Business Lead Analyst is a management-level position responsible for delivering data solutions and addressing data challenges across the enterprise, specifically within the ISG Olympus Data Fabric & Data Strategy team.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst.
• 5+ years in Financial Services Technology.
• 5+ years evaluating technical designs.
• Experience with SQL, Confluence, and JIRA.
• Strong technical solution delivery skills.
• Experience in Capital Markets Technology.
• Understanding of financial products and data flows.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with regulatory implementations.
• Familiarity with Big Data tools and databases.
