The IT Business Lead Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for leading business projects within the Fixed Income Electronic Trading technology team at Citigroup, requiring extensive experience in business analysis and stakeholder collaboration.

Requirements

• Intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven interpersonal and management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Master's degree preferred.
