Lead Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Lead Business Analyst will support our growing customer base by specializing in cyber resilience analysis and delivering actionable insights to key customers.

• Provide critical analytical services focused on customer cyber resilience posture.
• Utilize platform data and external intelligence to recommend strategic actions.
• Enhance insights with strategic executive summaries and implications.
• Present detailed cyber resilience insights and risk assessments to customers.
• Develop effective visualizations and presentations for customer objectives.
• Create regular reports on cyber threat trends and actionable insights.
• Coordinate with the Customer Experience team for premium support customers.
• Prioritize analysis for pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
• Present data-driven insights and KPI metrics in various formats.
• Drive continuous improvement in cyber resilience support methodologies.

Requirements

• 3 – 5+ years’ experience in a data analytics role.
• Mature understanding of data structures, relational databases, and SQL.
• Familiarity with cyber industry standards such as MITRE and DORA.
• Working knowledge of customer challenges and service deliverables.
• Proficient in analytical tools and techniques.
• Ability to prioritize project work independently.
• Passion for Data Profiling, Data Analysis, and Research.
• Expertise in highly regulated industries or critical infrastructure.
