Requirements

• Experience with credit card customer onboarding and servicing.
• Familiarity with data lineage tools.
• Experience with regulatory risk reporting.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Rally, and ALM.
• Ability to document process flows in MS Visio.
• Experience with SQL for data extraction.
• Strong data analysis skills using Excel.
• Willingness to travel domestically (10%).
