Overview

The IT Business Lead Analyst will play a crucial role in transforming the Core Banking Technology by designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality banking features and services.

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver banking features and services.
• Conduct gap and impact analysis on core banking products.
• Implement automated tests using JUnit, Selenium, and Cucumber.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain engineering standards.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in Java (8+) and Spring Boot.
• 5+ years as a business analyst in banking or financial services.
• Proficiency in RESTful API development.
• Strong experience with test automation frameworks.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and CI/CD tools.
• Familiarity with relational databases and ORM frameworks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
