Overview

The Lead Business Analyst will support the Department of Defense Child and Youth Programs by collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance business systems and ensure optimal solutions through effective requirement gathering and documentation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in facilitating requirements gathering and documenting specifications.
• 5+ years of experience in an Agile development environment.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust.
• Experience with technical writing and developing documentation.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction.
• Good knowledge of Scaled Agile methodology.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
