Overview

ICF seeks a skilled Scrum Master to lead a Salesforce implementation project for the US Department of Transportation, involving the deployment of a mission-critical application using Salesforce’s Public Sector Solutions.

• Lead a cross-functional Agile team in delivering a Salesforce-based SaaS solution.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies to ensure efficient team collaboration.

• Remove team impediments and maintain focus on sprint goals.

• Maintain Agile artifacts and track progress using tools like Jira.
• Bring 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably on Salesforce projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Scrum Master leading Agile teams.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification required.
• Active Public Trust or Secret clearance required.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements.
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools.
• Understanding of federal government security standards.
• Experience with Salesforce and its functionalities.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
