Senior Salesforce Scrum Master - Remote

Overview

ICF seeks a skilled Scrum Master to lead a Salesforce implementation project for the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS). This role involves deploying a mission-critical application leveraging Salesforce’s Public Sector Solutions and requires collaboration with various stakeholders.

In Short

• Lead a cross-functional Agile team in delivering a Salesforce-based SaaS solution.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies to ensure efficient team collaboration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and refine user stories.
• Ensure compliance with DoD and federal government security standards.
• Remove team impediments to maintain focus on sprint goals.
• Support gate reviews and ensure timely delivery of documentation.
• Promote effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Assist in delivering user training for effective system adoption.
• Maintain Agile artifacts and track progress using tools like Jira.
• Work within the US Eastern time zone.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Scrum Master leading Agile teams.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification required.
• Active Public Trust or Secret clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements.
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools.
• Understanding of DoD security standards.
• Experience with federal government clients.
• Familiarity with Salesforce functionality.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
