Overview

The Senior Scrum Master will guide the Scrum Team in agile methodologies to deliver high-quality products and services, driving the implementation of the agile framework to focus on high quality, iterative development.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Scrum Master.
• Thorough understanding of agile methodologies.
• Advanced facilitation and relationship management skills.
• Experience in a VUCA environment.
• Experience with Lean and process improvement.
• Agile coaching experience is preferred.
• Experience with testing practices and DevOps.
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops as a product backlog tool.
