Senior Scrum Master - Remote

Overview

GDIT is seeking a dynamic and collaborative Senior Scrum Master to support the Administrative Office of the US Courts in enhancing their Agile practices and managing complex software development projects.

In Short

• Organize and facilitate SCRUM ceremonies.
• Maintain JIRA and other information radiators.
• Mentor and coach team members on Agile practices.
• Work with Product Management to develop release plans.
• Identify and communicate project risks and team impediments.
• Build a trusting environment for team dynamics.
• Participate in Scrum of Scrum meetings for collaboration.
• Assess and coach team Scrum maturity.
• Ensure team members are collectively responsible for their work.
• Facilitate productivity through decision-making and conflict resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of Agile development experience.
• Experience implementing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-tempo environment.
• Experience in a software development organization.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Scrum Master (PMI-ACP).
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP).
• Energetic, goal-oriented, and proactive.
