Overview

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of Agile methodologies, facilitating the Scrum process, and enabling cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products efficiently.

• Act as a servant leader for Agile development teams.

Requirements

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification preferred.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence.
• Experience in Public Sector Projects preferred.
• Leadership and empathy skills.
• Problem-solving and adaptability.
• Understanding of User Centred Design.
• Ability to work with distributed or remote teams.
• Must be eligible for Security Clearance.
