The role of an Operations Analyst – Client Audit Coordinator involves managing external client audits and collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze audit results and support overpayment recovery.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• 3+ years of claims processing experience.
• 1+ years of experience using the Proclaim processing system.
• Strong auditing and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Experience with additional processing platforms is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
